Where to find it today

• In the product

  Customers get administrator, author and service desk guides with their workspace, and every page links to its own help.

• API catalog

  Each product publishes a machine-readable catalog of its REST endpoints and the permission each one needs, at /api/catalog in your workspace. API tokens are scoped to a subset of the owner's permissions.

• Deployment

  Private-deployment customers receive Docker Compose and Kubernetes guides, Terraform modules for cloud onboarding, and upgrade and rollback procedures.

• Security documentation

  Architecture, data handling and controls are described in the Trust Center. Detailed security packs are available under NDA.
