For IT operations

Run the service desk before tickets pile up.

Tickets, devices, patching, joiners and leavers in ITOps360, with Vision flagging what is about to slip and lining up the fix for your approval.

Hosted or self-hosted Every change waits for a person to approve it

Example

Amina, IT Operations Manager, asks Vision: “Which laptops missed patching, and can we catch them up this week?” Vision · Patch skill: 4 laptops lined up for Thursday. Vision · Service desk skill: 2 tickets flagged before SLA breach.

What changes for your team

From firefighting to a plan you approve.

Three everyday headaches for IT operations teams, and what you get instead.

  1. Before: You hear about an SLA breach after it happens.

With CloudVision360: Tickets about to breach SLA top the morning brief, one click from the queue.

  2. Before: Laptops quietly miss the patch window.

With CloudVision360: Patch rings with maintenance windows and verification, and a list of every device that missed one.

  3. Before: New starters wait days for accounts and a laptop.

With CloudVision360: Onboarding built from request templates with approvals, and leavers lose access in one audited flow.

Meet your Vision skills · Early access

Ask in your words. Vision does the legwork.

Vision is one agent; each module gives it skills. It reads, warns early and lines up changes for a person to approve.

Built-in control

Powerful, and on a short leash.

Visit the Trust Center
  • Risk-graded approvals

Higher-risk actions need a different person's approval, and high-risk ones add an MFA step-up.

  • No free-form shell

Assistants can only offer actions from the allow-list your policy marks as allowed for that user and device.

  • Remote support with consent

Sessions follow your consent and approval rules, and every one lands in the audit trail.

  • Collectors call out only

Site collectors need no inbound firewall rules, and device passwords are sealed to each collector's key.

Questions teams ask

Do we need Intune to manage devices?

No. Devices can be managed through Intune, agentless WinRM or SSH through a collector, or the ITOps360 agent on Windows, macOS and Linux. A device seen by several paths is one asset.

Can Vision Agent change things on our devices?

No. Vision reads and suggests. Anything that changes a system becomes a request in the ITOps360 approval queue, and Vision can never approve it.

Do employees who raise tickets need a license?

No. ITOps360 is priced per technician; employees who raise requests use the self-service portal for free. See the pricing page for plans.

Can we run ITOps360 on our own servers?

Yes. Private deployment runs the platform in your environment with Docker Compose on a Linux server or on Kubernetes, signing in through Active Directory or Entra ID.
