The health score
Each device gets a health score built from 14 weighted factors — things like patch status, disk health, encryption, security agent state and resource pressure. The score makes it easy to see which devices need attention first.
Proactive recommendations
When the score reveals a problem, ITOps360 raises a proactive recommendation with the fix. These recommendations close themselves when the device reports the problem resolved, so the list reflects reality rather than stale tickets.
Verified, not assumed
As with everything on the platform, a fix is only considered done once the device reports the intended state — see automation and workflows for how a run stays open until verified.
Where the data comes from
Health data arrives through Intune, agentless WinRM/SSH, or the ITOps360 agent. A device seen by several paths is one asset with one score.
Use it
Open Devices → Devices to sort by health, drill into a device’s factors and history, and act on recommendations — including Fix My Computer and patching.
