Vision Agent
One assistant above every product. The Today brief, questions in your own words, charts you can pin, changes only as approval requests, and your own name and color for it.
Online version, always current: https://cloudvision360.com/docs/platform/vision-agent/
Vision Agent lives in the CloudVision360 portal and answers across every app you use: CloudVision360, ITOps360, AgentVision360 and BackupVision360. It always works as you, with your apps and your role in each, and it can never approve anything.
Today and the dashboard
On My Apps, the Today card is your brief: what needs attention in each app, worst first, each item opening the right page in the right app. The Overview dashboard under Dashboards shows the key numbers across apps (open risks, tickets at risk, devices needing attention, backup health, cloud and AI spend this month), then a section per app.
Ask in your own words
Open the chat and ask: “What needs my attention?”, “Which laptops are low on disk?”, “Did last night’s backups run?”, “Restore approvals waiting for me”. Answers come from the apps’ own data, computed deterministically. Typos and everyday words are understood, and when a question could mean two things Vision asks “Did you mean …?”. A 👍 teaches it your phrasing (for you first, for everyone once others agree or an administrator approves); it never learns data.
Charts and pinned charts
Ask for a chart the way you’d say it: “cloud spend by team for the last 6 months”, “tickets opened per week this quarter”, “AI spend by provider”, “devices needing attention by site”. Vision picks the measure, the grouping, the period and the interval, and shows the chart with a text description and a Show data table toggle.
- Pin to Dashboard keeps the chart on the Dashboard under Pinned, up to 12 per person. Rename, move or remove pins there.
- A pin stores only the question’s definition (measure, grouping, relative period such as last 6 months), never data. Every time the dashboard loads, the app is asked again as you, so a pinned chart stays current, and shows “You no longer have access to this data” if your access changes.
- Pie and donut charts aren’t offered; you get bars or a line, and Vision says so.
Changes wait for approval
When an answer suggests a fix, Vision can turn it into a request: you click Ask for approval and the request waits in the app for an approver. Vision never makes the change and never approves it. Every question, answer and request is audited in the portal and in the app.
Your assistant’s name and color
Organization administrators can rename the assistant (for example “Aria” or “Nova”, 2 to 24 characters) and pick one of six colors under Vision in the portal’s rail. People then see that name and color in the chat, the Today card, the dashboard and request cards, with “powered by CloudVision360 Vision” in the chat footer. Names of people in the organization, links, e-mail addresses and staff or vendor words such as “admin”, “support” or “Microsoft” aren’t allowed. Audit records and the apps keep calling it Vision Agent, so the record of who did what never changes. Provider staff working in a customer organization see the customer’s choice and can’t change it.
Turning it off
Administrators can switch Vision off for the organization under Vision; the platform operator also has an emergency stop. The same switches stop the AI connector.
