Install it
Open ITOps360 in your phone’s browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It installs like a native app, with its own icon, and needs no app store and no separate download.
What it is for
Technicians on the move can triage and update tickets, check device health and act on alerts without being at a desk. It uses the same sign-in, roles and governed actions as the desktop experience.
Why a PWA
A PWA updates instantly (no store review), works across iOS and Android from one codebase, and respects the same security model as the web app, so there is no separate mobile attack surface to manage.
