Most tools report what they recommended. The verified outcomes report counts only what actually happened and was checked.
What it counts
- Security fixes verified by rescan — a fix is counted only once a later scan confirmed the intended state.
- Savings verified after the change — a saving is counted only after the change was made and checked, with the bill shown before and after.
- What came back — findings or costs that regressed are listed, not hidden.
Why it is trustworthy
The report’s fingerprint is recorded in the hash-chained audit trail, so anyone can confirm the report was not edited after it was produced. It cross-checks savings against the actual bill rather than against an estimate.
For quarterly reviews
MSPs download the verified outcomes report per customer for quarterly business reviews, turning “here is what we did” into “here is what we did, and here is the proof”. It pairs naturally with the evidence pack per finding.
