Agent and agentless management

ITOps360 meets your estate where it is. There are three ways to manage a device, and you can mix them.
The three paths
- Microsoft Intune — for devices you already manage there.
- Agentless (WinRM / SSH) — manage Windows over WinRM and Linux/macOS over SSH through a site collector, with no software installed on the endpoint.
- The ITOps360 agent — for Windows, macOS and Linux where there is no endpoint manager, and required for patching and live Fix My Computer diagnostics.
One device, one asset
A device seen through several paths (say, Intune and the agent) is reconciled into one asset, so you never manage the same machine twice.
Security of the connection
Agentless credentials are sealed to each collector’s own key, so the server cannot read device passwords, and every job sent to a device is signed.
Choose a path
Start with Intune for managed devices, add the agent where you need patching or diagnostics, and use agentless for everything else a collector can reach. See connect identity and devices to set each one up.
